Sunday Openings offer Tai Chi in the Gardens
from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
(weather permitting)
Instructor Jarett Sanchez of Fox Valley Tai Chi will lead participants
through a refreshing warm-up,a peaceful Standing Meditation Qi Gong session, and then an introduction to basic movements
from the Yang Style of Tai Chi. No prior experience is necessary.

Instructor, Nancy May, owner of “Yoga from the Heart” studio comes to Healing Gardens to teach yoga classes on the 2nd Sunday of every month. She is qualified to work with students of all levels.

Carve out sacred time for yourself to pray and reflect in a group setting.
Morning will consist of two, 20 minute meditation periods; a guided meditation walk in nature; silent reflection time; journaling and optional sharing. Drinks and snacks provided.

Come and gain a greater understanding of yourself using the Enneagram - a powerful, spiritual tool for transformation that will help you overcome your inner barriers and realize your unique gifts. Please bring a sack lunch and wear comfortable clothing so you can walk the gardens either before, during the lunch hour or after this event. Register early as the attendance is capped at 12 participants. (Level 2: pre-requisite is attendance at a Level 1 workshop or an understanding of the Enneagram)

Centering Prayer Workshop Saturday, June 22, 2019

Deborah Marqui, LCSW and owner of Healing Gardens at Stone Hill Farm, will teach the workshop.
She is a commissioned presenter of Introduction to Centering Prayer. A two-time cancer survivor, Deborah attributes
her healing to the restorative power of nature and the simple prayer practice of Centering Prayer.

There will be optional follow up sessions that assist in strengthening the Centering Prayer practice. (see more information above)
