Tai Chi & QiGong Class in the Gardens

Join an optional Tai Chi & QiGong Class in the Gardens from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm

Experience relaxing movements and breathing to connect mind, body and spirit
while gathering in the surrounding natural energies. The gentle forms provide relaxation,
toning & strengthening for muscles, improve balance and so much more.


Certified Instructor, Lyn Drathring of Daily Harmony Lifeways, will lead you through
the Yang Style 24 Form of Tai Chi, Qi Gong forms and a short meditation. Bring a mat or something to sit on for the meditation, or a chair if you prefer chair movement options. No prior experience is necessary & participants are encouraged to do only what is comfortable for them.
Alternative movements can be suggested for most qi gong movements, including chair options.

Carve out sacred time for yourself to pray and reflect in a group setting.
Morning will consist of two, 20 minute meditation periods; a guided meditation
walk in nature; silent reflection time; journaling and optional sharing.
